Made an appointment and due to traffic, was running 5 mins late and gave the Property Manager / Leasing Agent a courtesy notice about the delay 20 mins before the appointment time . Hmm one minute before the appointment, received a text stating no more availabilities and that they just found out about that so NO SHOW and NO CALL. Does not answer phone calls. Waste of your time! Shows you what you will be working if you lived here

This building is less than two blocks from Aurora Avenue. The area surrounding it is dirty and unsafe. The building is gated but the lock is usually broken, allowing anyone and everyone to take residence in the yard to do drugs and other things common to this neighborhood. Absentee landlord never answers the phone and ignores tenant complaints and repair requests for days or even weeks. The rent is pretty cheap but there is a reason for that.
