Not what it used to be...
When I first signed my lease here a couple years ago it was a dream. However over the past year the living conditions have greatly declined. Since living here my car has been totaled (while parked), I've been accosted by homeless people wandering the streets, and horrible neighbors. Also there is a huge waste problem here. Trash is constantly overflowing.
The apartment walls insulate SOUND not vibrations or any other noise disturbances. I live under someone who throws, drags and slams furniture... all day and you can hear everything. Even when they slam the toilet seat. While management has reached out to this person the disturbance has only gotten worse.
Do yourself a favor and find a better complex. I've lived in studios in Fremont, Ballard and Greenlake and never had these issues before.
