Be aware of overcharging

Great location to greenlake and amenities are ok. Gym does not have lots of weight options. PLEASE document scuffs and painting marks on move in. I wish I read reviews before about this they will charge you for painting the apartment and cleaning fees regardless. You will not get your deposit back unless they just painted your place before you moved in. The doors constantly went out and you would be stuck outside for a few minutes. This happened multiple times and they eventually would have... maintenance help open the door manually. Very inconvenient and unsafe when it happened at night. Great neighbors and dog friendly

Finding the right home

I’m very thankful to Armando in the leasing office for being so helpful through this process! His patience in helping me find the right unit made me so excited to live here. The MFTE application was confusing at times but he was there every step of the way. Can’t recommend Armando and Green Lake Village enough!

Above and Beyond!

Wow! Where to start..an absolutely 5+ star rockstar team over at Greenlake Village. My previous housing situation was an very stressful making it a very hard time to move (amongst a pandemic as well) but the team here more than outweighed that stress in their extremely positive, prompt, and proactive natures that I consistently encountered across the board.

Not only does Greenlake Village have everything and anything that I could possibly hope for in a place to live in terms of amenities,... location, and upkeep but it was really the stellar group of people that run this place that helped make me feel at home where I call home.

I’d recommend living here to any friends of mine, in fact I already have!

DO NOT LIVE HERE

This place has been a horrible experience. Sure greenlake is close by and that is a huge plus but it comes at a terrible price.

THE RED HEN is ruining my peace and quiet every night. Even with the windows closed we have country music BLASTING into our apartment.

The unit is ALWAYS hot. I literally wake up every night sweating because its so hot.

The homeless and crimes around here are getting bad. We consistently have security patrolling the building.

At first it was great, but the issues... keep ramping up. Cant wait to get out of here!

PS - as I am writing this the red hen is blasting live karaoke through my window.

Seriously NEGATIVE 5 stars

Toured here with Jenn. It's a gorgeous property and she was a pleasure to work with. Wound up needing to move to greenwood for work reasons, but totally would have landed here if circumstances were right. Courteous staff and amazing amenities!
