Great value for your budget!

I lived in the JW Wedgwood apartment complex for about 2 years. I appreciated that the property management company was local, and the team was very responsive. Yes, it is an older building, but the location and amount of space for the rent was great! They went through some larger maintenance projects between 2020 and 2021, which comes with an older building. But the management team was communicative, and it was great to see they were willing to invest in the property upkeep. The residents are... quiet (during my time here - 2019-2021), and there's many who have lived there for several years, which is always a good sign! Overall, I living here suited my needs and my budget.
