Amazing On Site Management

I have lived here for over 2 months now, and couldn't be happier, honestly! Great atmosphere, considerate neighbors, and the onsite manager, Marc, is always on it! Maintaining the area, making sure all is clean and secure. If ever there is a question or concern, he's fast and friendly with his reply. Truly pleased living here!

Good experience!!!

I have been living in Lago apodments like almost 3 months and all I have to say is such a good place, it’s so comfortable for me and the building in general is so clean, it’s a good neighborhood and also the manager is very nice and helpful and have never had any problem about mail or any neighbor, everybody here is kind. This is a really good choice to have some privacy and such complete place.

Excellent, clean, affordable place to live with good neighborhood

The Lago Apodments are excellent. These are a great, affordable option for anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to live in Seattle. The rents in this city are skyrocketing, and many other apartment complexes are old, decrepit, and poorly maintained. In contrast, the Apodments are clean, safe, quiet and well taken care of. The staff are very prompt and accessible, and any issues in the building are taken care of... immediately. I have rented from Apodment for over a year and I would definitely live here again. All of your utilities and internet are included in the rent. The units here rent FAST, so apply ASAP if you want a spot. No stress for water bills electric and wifi all are free plus garbage free get in ASAP

The Lago Apodments are excellent. These are a great, affordable option for anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to live in Seattle. The rents in this city are skyrocketing, and many other apartment complexes are old, decrepit, and poorly maintained. In contrast, the Apodments are clean, safe, quiet and well taken care of. The staff are very prompt and accessible, and any issues in the building are taken care of immediately. I have rented from Apodment for over a year and I would... definitely live here again.
