2600 2nd Ave Unit 518: Review of Brent Weight and Brett Forsaker. Terrible landlord and building management. We had a hole in our roof above our kitchen for over two months which was actively leaking for three weeks, and only when we decided to move out did he get it fixed to show to new renters. We also had a broken washing machine that was not functional for a month, and the lock on our door broke and wasn't fixed for about two weeks. Please do not rent from this landlord or this building.... They also had an issue with me ordering too many packages, so don't plan on buying from Amazon if you live here. I had to meet with Brent, the building manager, to discuss the amount of packages I was ordering, while there was an active leak right above our kitchen for over two weeks at that point. They don't care to resolve issues when they arise. Oh also, they'll raise your rent at the first opportunity, even if there's an active leak in your ceiling. Lee mas
