Nothing gets fixed. Most of the outside lights have been burnt out for years. New manager is a complete piece of trash. She takes pictures of all guests and tenants every day to keep track of how long and how often you have visitors. Knows everybody's work schedule and will tow guests she feels have stayed too long without warning. Super invasive and weird. Every reason that makes apartments living miserable is all right here

Sure ... the price is good. Especially for a home with full size washer & dryer and great kitchen layout. But that's where the perks end. It takes a MINIMUM of 4 calls and 2 months to get a work order taken care of so if something breaks, you'll want to be sure either you can fix or you're okay without it for a couple months. It once took me 6 months to get a simple maintenance order taken care. The neighbors above me were without hot water for 3 months because there's such a lack of... communication between management and maintenance and everyone wants to play the blame game. Corporate will make you feel like your raise for concern is ridiculous and does nothing to address the issues. They are never at the office during the business hours stated on their voicemail after bringing that to their attention they stated the hours have changed and they just haven't updated their voicemail. That was 2 months ago. Kid a pull fire alarms here, they throw rocks that HAVE hit cars and there are never repercussions. The walls are so thin you can hear babies and kids crying in units next to yours it's like a cheap motel. The trash and recycle are constantly over flowing. I can guarantee if you ask anyone why they moved here, they will say because it seemed peaceful and decent and if you ask why they still live here, it's simply because of the cost. The actual environment and management is the worst I've encountered. I would NEVER recommend. Whoever wrote that 5 star review is most likely an employee trying to boost sales. Not one person I speak to about these apartments that actually LIVES here would give this place 5 stars lol Lee mas
