Terra at Hazel Dell

I like living in here despite some minor inconveniences The environment is very good. lots of trees, nice to walk around, pet friendly, and people are nice. The living place is simple yet elegant, very cozy, and having your own garage is a big plus to me. They sometimes will host some interesting events, and I enjoy them. However, the policy is what I don't like, too many tedious rules. For example, It requires residents to move their cars every 3 days, and they will put a sticker on your car to... warn you if you don't. They also shut down the car washing station due to some policy. Luckily, they start to chill down a bit and won't put stickers on your car every now and then.. Safe and secure Amazing place to live ,quiet and country atmosphere in a big city. Only downside was having people walk their dogs up to my patio to relieve themselves, both bodily functions. The upstairs neighbors were heavy footed and they’re was a lot of pot smoking, but of course that is a part of apartment living. The management and maintenance were fabulous. I would recommend this place 100%

Amazing PM/APM and property The PM/APM were amazing helping move someone in near to my heart. The process was seamless, the property is beautiful and any request they are on top of. Great place to live from what I hear.

TERRA AT HAZEL DELL IS TOPS! A very nice place to hang your hat! The office staff continues to provide excellent service and the maintenance staff always provides the necessary repairs needed to get the job done in a positive and timely manner.
