The Timbers Apartamentos

I've been living here since October, I never had a problem and I thought the manager Jim was a pretty nice guy until today. The dryer ate my money and I brought it to his attention, he got upset and said that I should have noticed all the signs up even though there weren't any. I told him this he said well someone took them down. "Lie." He then sarcastically said someone will be here to fix it in which I responded "yeah okay" because at this point I felt very disrespected. I went back into my... apartment after the exange of words to have him knock on my door like the cops, I answered the door he had a bag of change in his hand to give me my money which I thought was nice until he had the audacity to tell me he didn't appreciate my attitude. I told him that he had an attitude in the first place and that he needs to take responsibility for his actions then he proceeded to cuss at me under his breath and not give me my money back then told me I had an unauthorized tenant living here Wich I do not. My boyfriend comes over every week and he does not spend the night do I felt he was trying to scare me to be petty. Very unprofessional. I've talked to the rental company and will get my lawyer involved if needed. It's sad that they treat their tenants this way, I pay my rent every month and mind my business I just wanted to dry my laundry. If I could leave now I would. Lee mas

Avoid at all cost. The apartments are crap and roach infested. appliances are outdated, good luck getting fixes. When you move out be prepared to get ripped off by management somehow.

Absolutely horrible experience with The Timbers Apartment. I have never had an experience like that before. Not only they raised our rent twice and more than they said they would, they also tried to charge us for additional months even though we moved out and gave them 2 months notice. The business manager Tammy is rude and not friendly, the place is dirty and smells bad, stains on the carpet when we moved in. Two months later they are sending us the bill trying to charge us for cleaning $620... even though they told us about the previous tenant staining the carpet and documenting it, promising not to hold it against us. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Also charging us for future months even though we are not living there. I heard a lot of negative remarks about this place. I should have listened to people before renting this place. Lee mas
