"Okay"
I lived at Prairewalk for about a year and half, and overall had an "okay" experience. The office staff are wonderful to work with, but maintenance was slow and inattentive. The units themselves are nice enough but certainly not worth the premium rent that is being charged. I would also note that we had very noisy neighbors, and the units are far from sound-proof.
Our rent increased about 20% each time we renewed with no explanation other than "market rates." We were also nickel-and-dimed... once we left, with massive cleaning charges taken from our security deposit.
