Scheuring Heights Apartments

The apartment was in a fairly good condition when we got there, but we had troubles throughout the year. We had people that tried getting into our apartment claiming to be friends of the previous resident (I guess they got a spare key from him?). Maintenance always had to be called for repeat trips because nothing was fixed on the first try. The apartment was always in the upper 70s in winter and that is with our heat turned OFF. This made it impossible to be in our apartment without keeping... all the windows open in winter. Lee mas

Very disappointed. When asking permission to add stickers on the wall and they say yes “we want this to be your home” after move out and a month later getting my security deposit. I get an email with additional charges. They had to paint “extra” and the stickers (which I asked permission before adding them) were a problem. Smh ????? why ask if I get charge at the end. Why say yes if employees words means nothing. Your better of buying a house.
