The Lydell

I regret to say that my experience at this apartment has been far from satisfactory. Despite its new appearance, the use of cheap materials is evident throughout. Several neighbors, including myself, have encountered issues like broken bathtubs, leading to safety concerns such as one resident cutting their foot. The presence of an unknown gas leak adds another layer of worry.

Moreover, the facilities are inadequate, and the property management has changed three times during my stay, causing a... lack of consistency and communication. Many neighbors have opted to move out early, which speaks volumes about the overall dissatisfaction. I urge prospective tenants to think twice before choosing this place, as the positive reviews seem questionable in light of these persistent problems. Lee mas

So far my concerns and questions have all been answered. The pool construction was delayed and so was bike storage. Otherwise the couple of months that I have been here have been great.

I came home to find broken items in my apartment. They come in every month to change the filters. I notified them and have still heard nothing.

Great neighbourhood and safe area. Many daily essentials are near by. Lydell does lack engagement of residents and activities to bring community together.

I absolutely love it here. I love my cozy, convertible studio and the view that comes with it. Everything is top notch and the building still smells brand new. Always a pleasant smell in the hallways. Love the ButterflyMX and the moving and grocery carts are a huge plus. Quiet neighbors, everyone has been respectful so far. I don’t see myself moving! Brand new construction is a plus and the deep soaking bath tub is a HUGE plus. Also, the microwave is really fancy! It has a rack in it too!... Everything was easy from start to finish.
