Ascot Hill

Ascot Hill was a wonderful apartment. I lived in one of the top floor apartments for a year with my best friend, who is a law student. I work full time downtown, and this apartment was in the perfect location! She was directly on a busline, and I had no more than a fifteen minute drive to downtown.
The apartment itself was big enough for the two of us, although I could have stood for a bit bigger of a bathroom! It was well-constructed, very clean when we moved in, and easy to maintain... cleanliness. The bedrooms were a good size, and the kitchen was absolutely wonderful!
I cannot say enough about the rental company either - Gregg Shimanski Realty treated us kindly, professionally, and fairly. Their expectations of us as tenants were very clear, and they were always quick to respond to inquiries. The maintenance team was fantastic, usually responding to requests within a day or two. The price for what I got was VERY reasonable, especially for the location, since it is in a quiet, residential area.
The one and only downfall of this place is that it is not pet-friendly. As an avid dog lover and soon to be greyhound mommy, I needed a place that would allow me to have a dog. Unfortunately, these apartments only allow kitties. Otherwise, I might have stayed for another few years.

All in all, if you are considering this place, DON'T hesitate to contact them! It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Lee mas
