It was a great spot to live! Best landlords I've ever had! They were very responsive if I ever ran into problems, and they invested time in maintaining the property. The place was cozy and not over-priced. My unit was very clean when I moved in.

I have loved living here! Their apartments are super cute, reliable and renovated to give you a cozy at home feeling! The landlords are a power couple!! I’ve only ever seen and had positive reviews about blossom lane!! Love it!!

Son just relocated from Ohio. Only had three days to find housing in August in Madison. The landlords were very kind to show us a unit that they were hoping to refurbish and rent out in November. We decided it was perfect and the renovation they were doing sounded wonderful, so we put down a deposit. Due to moving schedule and other things,the landlords offered to do the renovations very quickly so we could move according to our availability.
We just finished moving him in and the place is... awesome. Very nicely repaired and remodeled.We can't thank the landlords enough for their kindness and the level of work they put in the place.. great place to start a new life! Lee mas

You will not find any better landlords. By far the best, most responsive and reliable landlords I've ever had. Apartments are nice and in good shape. They're constantly making upgrades to improve the apartments and make them feel more like home. They care about their tenants and you will not be just a number to them. If it weren't for my relocation to another city, I wouldn't give them or my apartment up for anything. I am very picky and particular and I promise, you will not regret your... decision to lease here. Lee mas

I lived here for 3 years prior to buying a house. The owners/landlords purchased it just prior to me moving in and they are amazing! Husband and wife team who frequent the property, take care of the yard, quick to answer questions and take care of issues in and around the apartment and/or complaints. It does say smoke free, but that does not mean people follow that rule as there were multiple smokers in the building I resided in. Overall though, loved the place, they took myself, my family,... and my dogs. They really have the welfare of their tenants and property in mind and are doing a lot to upgrade the area and have overall made the entire street a nicer place to live! Residents of the complex and surrounding homes are all happy! Lee mas
