Go somewhere else management is horrible
The only reason why it’s 2 stars is because the neighbors in the building I am make it worth not wanting to sublease.
Don’t rent with this property, the leasing office doesn’t know what they’re doing half the time- you’ll get a different answer for your inquiry from each person and then have the property manager tell you what’s actually “correct.”
Prior to signing on the lease- if they are advertising “half off security deposit” just know that it’s more than likely a lie and it’s only on... “qualifying” applicants- in which they’ll find any issue to make sure you don’t qualify for it. It’s quite deceiving and unfortunate.
They boast about their management, their maintenance team and painters. There’s still patches in the wall that haven’t been fixed since first moving in. Paint will be all on their “wood” trimmings but actually- it’s plastic vinyl- they didn’t even care to remove the paint. Their maintenance can’t install anything- had a dishwasher replaced once upon a time and they left a giant gap and trash in the apartment. Mind you if there’s open insulation, they don’t care despite it being a hazard being close to drinking pipes.
The vinyl panels down by the garages aren’t even installed properly and are popping up but yet the building is “well taken care of”- this review will probably get a response of “we weren’t aware!” But yet they have cleaners at least twice a month.
When it snows and you’re in a garage- don’t count on them to actually remove the snow from in front of your garage.
If you end up doing a tour with this dumb management- be sure to do it with an actual property manager and not just some employee who doesn’t know the rules or you’ll just end up being disappointed. Ask them all the questions you have and yet they’ll still say yes- then turn around after a lease is signed and say no.. best bet is to just email them and waste your time that way and not in person.
