Disappointing: High Fees and Poor Basic Services.
Living here feels less like home and more like an overpriced, micro-managed dorm.
Be prepared for endless add-ons: parking, bike storage, and what appear to be utility surcharges for common areas. Parking is both costly and poorly managed, which only adds to the frustration.
Management’s approach to waste is another low point. Instead of fixing the frequent overflow of pet stations and trash areas, they respond with an ever-growing number of “instructional” signs—treating residents like... children while ignoring the actual problem.
Occasionally you’ll also find “free furniture” in the stairwell and a sprinkle of chip crumbs if you’re lucky—both of which took more than a month to be addressed.
There’s a nice pool when it’s available, and the reviews are amazing. Please make sure you pay attention to those that are not favoarable and mangement's response to them.
