Pinedale Apartments

Me and my fiancé moved in here in a hurry! DONT DO IT! Unless you are literally gonna be homeless don’t move here, I’ve talked to the landlord (Manny) many times about issues and he doesn’t fix them because he is in a different state (MN). When we moved here we didn’t get a tour of the place and our key was just left in the apartment unlocked which is very unsafe, that was the first red flag moving here! We also got rushed into signing the contract to move in otherwise the spot would be taken by... someone else, it’s a cheap place to live but I wouldn’t wish moving here on my worst enemy!
There is trash everywhere because the garbage people don’t do their jobs correctly, no one picks up their dog poop here, they only mow the grass like once every month so the grass gets almost up to your knees while walking your dog!
The road in winter is literally so thick with ice you could skate on them with ice-skates! Also there are no assigned parking spots even for guests. Our new neighbors moved in and always have guests over that take up the spots in front of our apartment!!!! WE NEED A LANDLORD ON THE PROPERTY!!!!! Lee mas

Well kept and maintained. Close to Stout, Mayo Hospital, and easy access to expressway.
Very safe.
Pet friendly.
Quiet.
