Springbrook Cercle

Terrible management, they don't truly care about you. The place is full of ants and mice, and the garages will barely fit your car. Need any maintenance done? It'll take weeks, months, or even years for them to get to it. Rent is overpriced and this is a terrible place to live. Go somewhere, literally anywhere else, before it's too late.

After owning my own home for 25 years, I decided to sell and move. I wasn't sure what to expect. Here is why I give this place 5 stars.

Responsiveness - each time I submitted a request for assistance, my request was answered swiftly and the issue was rectified. One time my in unit washing machine stopped working and I had a new one that afternoon!!

The amenities were accommodating and clean.

The underground parking and storage unit were a great perk and finally, the location was absolutely... perfect!!! Stores, schools and the airport all within 10 minutes!

I've lived at Springbrook Cercle for 2 years at the time of writing this, and I only have positive things to say!

Starting with the apartment itself (which was a part of their Ventana Suite), which was very comfortable, clean, and modern. I never had any issues with insects, rodents, spiders, etc. Only unexpected visitors during my time here were the birds that liked to hangout near my patio.

As for the area, its calm, and quiet. Which is surprising since the neighborhood is a bike ride from... Drexel Town Square, Woodmans, OC schools, and more. Never once did I feel that the area was noisy, like the downtown area could sometimes be.

Speaking of noise, I'm grateful that for the 2 years I've lived here, that I never once was kept up by loud noises from above, or besides me. aside from the occasional sound you'd hear while living in an apartment with other people/families, I can happily say that I never had an issue with the noise from people in my building.

As for maintenance, and the people at the front office? They have always been quick, and kind when it comes to any requests. Whether it was having someone come look at the thermostat, or inspecting an appliance, or something else, I was pretty certain someone would come take a look in a time appropriate manner.
At a certain point I even preferred to go into the office to speak with Bridget directly, who was always very friendly.

Overall, I have enjoyed living at Springbrook Cercle, and would encourage anyone looking for an apartment in Oak Creek, to consider them! Lee mas

Management is slow to respond to calls, you have to call 4 or more times to get a response. Most times you have to go into the office and track someone down. Rent was increased $95 a month in 2022 and $75 for 2023 and there have been no updates to the property. Building needs painted, gutters are clogged causing drainage issues. Windows are poor and condensation is causing mildew. Landscaping is not maintained, and trash is not picked up. My washer went out and flooded my apt. they didn't clean... up the water, so carpet is buckled and smells. My dryer went out and it took over a week for them to replace it. My toilet was not flushing, and it took 3 calls and a day and a half to fix. I would not recommend this property. Lee mas

Nothing is what it seems. Start with false advertising, money grab,and smelly apartments. Upper management is rude and acts as if she's renting out the penthouse of the Ritz Carlton.
