The Club at Oak Creek Apartamentos

The walls here are so incredibly thin, and same with the floors. I can hear my neighbor talking through the wall in my bathroom and bedroom. I can hear their footsteps at 1 in the morning. Disregard quiet hours because nobody listens to that anyway. The property management is in Green Bay so good luck trying to get someone to help you with any issues you come across. I had 2 smoke alarms going off at different times for weeks (still is) without a fire. What a ridiculous amount to pay for rent... for such a low quality unit. Lee mas

Was great until the complex got bought by focus. They are useless and don’t live up to their promises mission statement. Once you sign that lease and they get their money, they no longer return calls in a timely fashion. They aren’t personable once you sign that lease. The pool and fitness center aren’t secure because they can’t nor care to figure out the fob situation so just anyone from anywhere can walk in and use the amenities. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay for these amenities and... just anyone can use them. I will say even though the maintenance guy, Brian can be a jerk and isn’t personable he is very responsive and responds to requests quickly. The laundry facilities are always a mess and the carpet in the hallways are filthy. Lee mas

Place seems really nice. There is enough parking near all the apartments. Friendly staff and very helpful.

I've been a resident of the Club for a few years now, and over the past year, things have really tanked. The management of the property is making updates, which is great and all, but it comes at quite the cost and extra leg up for the people currently living here. New laundry machines where they assured us that any money left over on our laundry-cards could be easily refunded, that wasn't true and was done through a 3rd party that still hasn't gotten me my money in almost 3 months. They removed... water, trash, and sewage from our leases, which is also run through a 3rd party company that adds on so many extra fees that the price tag has quite literally gone up 300%. And the prices of leases go up significantly every single year, and I'm not talking 3-5%, sometimes in the range of 15-25% extra per month, and that's with officially no amenities (except gas heat for *some* apartments, not all). Overall, the price of the apartments is not worth it. The size of the apartments, the extra hoops to jump through, and all the extra fees because of 3rd party involvement makes this a real dealbreaker. Lee mas
