CANTERBURY COURT APARTMENTS

Their primary communication states what you are looking for is available as stated on this app and their website. The email you get will not allow you to reply. They do not provide an email to send messages back to. 24 hours later when you have time to call them which is not your preferred method of communication. They tell you the property is unavailable and direct you to their website. They take a look into properties that are not in the area you are looking for and proceed to convince you... that your bedroom requirements is popular which is a common tactic in sales. They also suggested a 2 bedroom downsize. They did answer right away which is why I gave them a 2x Lee mas

I've been living here for nearly two years now and I have to say it is pretty wonderful here.

Here's some pros about the place:

-The rent here has always been inexpensive.
- Nice/quiet neighbors
- Close to Madison East mall, Super Walmart, Woodmans, Fastfood, schools, movie theaters etc
-We just recently got newer prettier windows.
- The staff has always been really nice and helpful
- Maintenance is always ready to help
- Five day grace period for rent
- LARGE walk in closets. I really love... these.
- The bedrooms are very spacious. (Bigger than the bedrooms in my parent's house). You could probably fit two large beds and stuff in them.
- Living room and balcony are large and perfect for entertaining guests.
- The hallway closet is also very spacious.
- The heating system works really quickly to warm up your room in the winter.
- Plenty of parking spaces
- No lag time in winter/ The plow snow out the the parking lots in a timely manner. I've never had a problem.
- All in all, it is a very spacious apartment.

The only cons I would have is that the Air Conditioning is only in the living room, however it still does get pretty cold & that you have shared laundry rooms (8 apartments to one washer and dryer) but again the neighbors are really nice and respectful.

I would recommend this apartment to other people because it is cost friendly but still offers a spacious apartment and more. Lee mas
