Viví aquí aproximadamente un año y tuve que irme por trabajo. ¡Este barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro! Nunca tuve ningún problema y el servicio de mantenimiento siempre venía cuando lo llamaba. Mi hija iba a KM, que está justo enfrente, y no tuvo ningún problema. La verdad es que se obtiene mucho por el precio, pero para mí lo más importante era la tranquilidad.
