Indialantic is a portmanteau derived from this city's location between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. Situated on Florida's east coast barrier islands between Indian Harbour Beach and Melbourne Beach, Indialantic is a small but characterful coastal town. Of course, proximity to the beaches and ocean are the area's biggest draw, as such with most of these coastal cities, but there are several entertainment spots to explore on more solid ground as well. Mediterranean restaurants, cocktail bars, coffee shops, and more sit on 5th Avenue and North Miramar Avenue. There are also two parks along the water's edge, Sunrise Park and James H. Nance Park, should you want to enjoy the views but avoid the sand. Indialantic rentals include colorful condos and mid-rise apartments that afford residents incredible views and amazing proximity to some of the best beaches in the country.
