Altamonte Terrace

This is the WORST!!! place to live nun of the apartments look like any of the pictures. The place is dirty they have roaches, rats, and fruit flies. They don't fix anything i had a work orders in for 10 months and they never came to fix anything. I had mold on my roof and under my sink in the kitchen. The bathroom was falling apart tiles falling off the walls, my door wouldn't stay shut unless i locked it, closet rack and doors were falling off, leaks all over the house, half of my floor tiles… were cracked, outlets that didn't work. If I could I would give it 0 stars the apartments are not worth the money. Yes your utilities are included but that doesn’t mean much when they frequently shut off the water with no notice until hours later and most if not all your appliances barely work several tenants have complained about their stoves not working there are two maybe three laundry rooms parking is horrible I experienced electrical problems with my apartment and they didn’t fix the problem until after two hurricanes hit. The… “Landlord “ is completely unprofessional and so are the maintenance staff “workers” I live in a first floor unit and have had my ceiling leak multiple times with the worst case leaving a hole in my kitchen ceiling that hasn’t been repaired and it happened in the summer of last year my refrigerator broke and I lost over $200 worth of food and had to purchase a new one out my own pocket all the apartments have serious bug problem’s “roaches” and they do nothing to help the police are here often for people arguing and fighting and domestic disputes and what not they claim to have two bedroom apartments but they’re really one bedroom apartments trust me DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
