Great place to live! The apartments are huge with large balconies, and the location is convenient to everything. The management has been terrific, from the day I first toured the apartment in January 2024 for 15 months since. Shout outs and thanks to Ruben, Evelyn, Justina and Danny.

Enjoyed my condo unit, being able to come to a place call home means a lot. Stone Creek doesn't hestate to complete work orders Property management is great! I just wish these times where the housing market wasn't controlling these rental increases. However everything changes in time.

If you're looking a place to live this is NOT for you,you will have headache getting them to fix any problem during you live here,I'm waiting for 2 years waiting to get fix my AC wich its very old since community was built back in 70"s also my 2 showers (tub)are disgusting paint its peeling off all over leaking under kitchen sink,stains on ceilings since last hurricane ,property not safe anymore,brocken car Windows etc AGAIN DO NOT RENT HERE.new manager lady her name is sherrie but I call her... LEMON.

We lived there for a year, and Felix was very pleasant. This area is very good and safe. No need for security guard.

Beware of this property....Used to be nice here but the management built basketball courts and cant seem to keep trespassers out now. They let our existing security go and hired armed security guards, which last for a week or so and we never see them . The new manager (Felix) doesn't know what he is doing is very unfriendly but as a homeowner I can't do anything about him. I hope they change their tune and get their act together. As far as the property itself, my roof is leaking and they... wont do anything about it even though I pay HOA dues.
