Love the Villages!
I live here and i just love the staff. They are all so nice and so very helpful. I had an issue in my apartment and maintenance came the same day to repair. The apartments are older but I love that, they don't make things like they used too. I came from a newer community and could hear my neighbors breathe...here is so peaceful and quiet. I don't hear my neighbors at all. I'm telling all my friends to move here!

Super nice staff
I stopped in to see an apartment and as soon as I walked in someone said hello. I took a walk through of the model which was nice and clean. I filled out my application and can't wait to move in.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They don’t repair in timely manner!
DO NOT rent/move in these apartments!!!! They will not come fix issues or damages within a timely manner. Since I have lived here, I have had Ac problems, and the apartment complex did not come repair my ac till 1 week later, so I was in a 80 degree plus apartment for a full week. I also have water damage to my bedroom roof from the hurricane and that too has not been repaired! What really takes the cake I have been with out hot running water for 3 days, I put in a work order as well as spoke to... the front office twice about the matter! The front office representative told me hot water was not an emergency and then hung up the phone. So at that point I called the Housings Development too report the issue. Again please DO NOT I repeat Do NOT rent from this horrible Apartment Complex THE VILLAGES OF MILLENIA. You will regret it! The staff is so disrespectful and could care less about the occupants, which I’ve witnessed numerous times in the front office! I bet if an inspector or someone comes knocking door to door to get feed back on this apartment complex, the apartment Would Fail, due to everyone being unhappy with their living conditions
