Wymore 360 Apartments

We lived here are more than 3yrs and a job change promoted us to relocate. We enjoyed the apartments and the community very much. Nice clean pools, prompt clean landscaping and we had a great balcony with a view also. The maintenance staff always polite and courteous and would fix things quickly.
This community is very convenient for various shopping and can get quickly on I4. We highly reco it.

If I was able to leave no stars I would..Wymore360 will setup you for failure with all the pretty pictures they have on their website and apartment finder websites just for you to move into a dump. Been living here for some years now and I have been seeing this place just fall apart. People are moving out left to right, in the middle of the night. That how you know it’s has gotten bad. I’m the type of person that will not complain, I will bring the situation up and expect for the problem to be... fixed. Does Wymore360 fix problem? No. My family has been asking for months to have pest control to come spray in our unit. Have we seen pest control? Nope. There are potholes the size of a tire all thru out the complex. Have Wymore360 fixed them? Nope. The pools… there are two pools in the complex are they being used? Nope. The back pool just got cleaned like 2 weeks ago for first time in MONTHSsssss. They don’t spray the yard, the gym is never open. Like the list can literally go on about this dump. The only reason why my family is still here because everything is sky high for as deposit and rent. If I can help the next family I will do so. Look at other apartments in the area. Lived here for about 3 years but towards the end of my stay, things got really bad with the new residents. The first incident was with the domestic violence incidence at 2 AM where the cops were called and had to kick the doors down.

Altamonte Springs police department is very familiar with this complex and you will see them regularly.

My unit was infested with termites and roaches and the parking lots have a lot of potholes. I tried complaining to the property manager but the property manager... did not address my complaints. The neighbor was smoking pot in the apartment and it was going into my apartment. this is what caused me to leave. There are much better complexes for not much more money. Stay away. Read More
