I enjoyed my tour at 33 east. Alice Goode was the best tour guide. She answered all the questions I had about the apartments and amenities that 33 east provide. I was able to vision myself living at this apartment. She made me feel at home as well, so I brought my family to see the apartment complex and they feel the same way.

You will meet with an individual who will sell you on the quality of the property… and not tell you that there are rampant pest control problems. Wolf in sheep’s clothing. German cockroaches throughout the facility. The initial person showing you the property will be wonderful at first. Once you sign, that person and the staff will be a nightmare to deal with. Moved from the Country but Love the Beach. At 33 East we have both. The Beach a short bicycle ride away and apartment home surrounded by beautiful landscaping and large Shady overhanging trees with plenty of open walking areas. Pet friendly with several Poop disposal cans and plenty pick-up bags provided. A fenced-in dog park. A quiet community with very Respectful Military, Police, Nurses and Family Friendly neighbors all around. Office representatives very friendly and helpful always.... Maintenance is attentive to any concerns or repairs you may need. The apartment community is Social oriented with events to gather the neighbors together to meet and greet often with Food Trucks, Games on the Lawn, Breakfast on the Run provided by the Office and Hobby events like Painting and Tie Dye shirt making. The grounds are always neat and tidy. The Pool is very Clean and Sanitized. There is Trash pick-up from your front door 5 days a week. The apartments are very cutely painted and designed with the ground and 3 rd floor large patios. If you Love nature creatures and can Respect their personal space there is plenty of them around. There is a Geese family with babies, baby squirrels, black crows, beautiful white egrets, large turtles, a couple of dumpster crew raccoons and their adopted stray grey lookout cat, and a busy working crew of digging Armadillos on the other side of the fence along the backside field of the apartment complex. You have to go on long nature walk around property to notice them though. The Dumpsters are Clean and Tidied Up which is notoriously a nasty piled up mess at other apartments. There is intimate State of the Art Gym equipment overlooking the pool and lake. A wonderful place to Live Unmatched by any other Apartment Homes anywhere in the Beach area where you don’t have to work yourself to death to be Wealthy and / or Be Financially maxed out to afford to live here. A Luxury Apartment Home with a very Peaceful, Stress Free and Friendly Relaxing Beach home community. Never any Loud Crime, Partying or any other Drama Nonsense going on ever. A Very Nice Kids playground and plenty of open land space for kids to Run, Play and Enjoy being Kids without the fear of them getting into trouble or Run Over. I walked into the office and was instantly greeted by Alice. She was very friendly and informative. We toured the property/Amenities and a few models then I was sold. Alice and the staff have been helpful from start to finish. The apartments are nice and affordable as well. Check them out! Ask for Alice!

I came to 33 East apartments because it caught my eye of the amazing apartments specials they had. I walked in and instantly felt welcomed, Mrs.Alice helped me and gave me a tour around and showed me the apartments I was interested in. She was very professional and kind and worked with me on getting my first apartment ever. Overall the apartments were nice, Mrs.Alice was there every step, and I’m now getting ready to move into my very first apartment.
