The staff is really nice. I feel safe in the community and the community has a lot of amenities for the tenants. The supermarket across the street is a plus

Refused to replace the floor in the kitchen unless I moved all of my furniture. Unfortunately I travel for my career so not possible unless someone was hired to do it. They refused to pay. Poor management overall. Fantastic maintenance team though! I have to say anything the management team would actually approve those guys are on it same day. Nice guys!
Management though is not great

Great neighborhood and seems quiet. It is kept pretty clean. There is a lot of parking spaces. The clubhouse and pool areas are always kept clean.
