nice quiet neighborhood, but does not equal price

The community itself is nice, the neighbors are pretty quiet no drama no crime despite it being not gated and right off of a major highway. However the units themselves are not that nice.

They’re pretty old and the washer and dryer is a two in one which shakes the whole entire apartment when used. And it fits under the kitchen cabinet so it’s not much room for larger things. So you’re gonna end up going to a laundromat anyway.

Now what is worth the money is that the amenities are pretty… great! Especially the pool and gym they also include cable and Internet in rent But they are nicer apartments nearby that cost about the same.

Moved from out of State

We moved from out of state and Kiana was so helpful in the province! We love our apartment (we rented it without ever seeing it!). Everything is clean, maintenance is fast, and we love the location

Great Location!!

It is in a very nice location everything you need is only a 15 minute drive or less to get to. As far as living there goes if there was ever a problem the Office staff responds quickly and takes care of it very fast and professionally. I’ve enjoyed living here so far I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a laid back apartment community.

Great place to live

This is a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Highly recommend to anyone that is seeking a place to live.
