Love it here!

I’ve only been here for a short time, but this complex is an absolute gem! Leasing office staff is gracious and friendly. Maintenance crew is professional and quick to respond to any concern. Pool and other enemies are well maintained. GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME!

LOVE LIVING AT LINCOLN POINTE

Loving it here!

My wife and I moved to Lincoln Pointe in March of 2015 and so far its been great! The leasing office staff are always friendly and helpful. The property is always well maintained and the views of the surrounding area are amazing!

Whenever we have guests, we always take them to the spa area to see their jaws fall to the floor, at the sight of the yachts that are always parked out there.

We always feel safe in the complex and there seems to be more than one Aventura police officer, living... here; so that gives an added feeling of safety.

The complex is in close proximity to shopping and dining. Biscayne Harbor Shopping Center, Loehmann's Plaza, Aventura Mall are all within less than 5 minutes drive.

This is a great place to live!

Excellent place to live

This is a very quite neighborhood, clean and has lot of parking spaces
Close to the Mall, restaurants and supermarkets. The elementary school is excellent.
