Unsafe and filthy
Zero security, loud, dirty. Parties all night, dog waste everywhere. Poor background checks and constant police presence. Extremely poorly managed building.

Unresponsive management team
We are very disappointed in this place.
We have lived here since October. About 2 months ago we had neighbors move in. After complaining to the front office about our entire apartment smelling of marijuana, they said they would place a note on everyone’s door that day. This was never done. It has been a month of the neighbors smoking inside there apartment (they do not have a balcony). Nothing has been done. I have resent an email to management with no response from their team days later. We... have a small baby and signed this lease with one of the reasons being it was a smoke free building. I do not recommend this building for families or anyone with children.
