601 North Ocean

Don't hesitate at all on 601 Ocean or Investments Limited.
The building has been completely renovated inside and out and the entire staff at Investments Limited are very responsive and truly great folks to work with.
Monica, Jimmy, Kenny, and Alexandria will bend over backwards for you and really work to insure your super satisfied.
This is our second time renting with the Investments Limited team and must say its definitely a no brainier when you consider the properties they offer, the prices… , their organization, and their professionalism.
601 Ocean itself sits on A1A, across from a city park directly on the beach. Golf Course next door, Excellent biking along A1A for miles and miles north and south, Walk Score equals convenience store, cafe's and ice cream shop within 7-8 minutes.
The people in the building are very friendly, atmosphere is easy going, and there is plenty of parking.
As a former home owner in this area for over 40 years I can tell this area is extremely safe day or night.

When I say that this is the best spots on the BEACH in Boca, I'm not exaggerating. I've lived here going on 3 yrs now, And like and tenant, I've had a couple maintenance issues here and there. Every single one of them has been taken care of within a 5-hour window of an email or phone call if that says anything about how well run the management is here. The building is right across from one of the most beautiful beaches in South Florida. You're a short walk or even quicker UBER to Mizner Park.… Plus,you've got a nice private pool, underground parking and everyone here is very laid back. The entire Community has a terrific vibe to it. This building is a great option for many reasons. It is in quiet residential area on A1A right across the street from the beach and a shaded walking path that connects Boca Raton's beaches. The neighbors have been friendly and considerate. The interiors are renovated in modern coastal style that fits perfeclty with the location. Maintenance responds quickly to requests too. This is a really nice place to live. :)

The location of this property is awesome. Directly across from beach with little entrance. The unit is very roomy, bright, and all new modern. Would highly recommend this place. The neighborhood and neighbors are great.
