STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT - MOLD AND ROACH IN UNITS

Unit Inspection is not allowed prior to renting. You rent sight unseen.

60 day notice to leave or they steal your deposit on lease end. They don't inform renewal pricing until 59 days before lease end. You will need to hire outside professionals to prove mold is present and fight to have it remedied. Deceptive practices

Avoid is my review

Overpriced for these paper thin mold filled apts. "Not" Luxury in any way, shape or form. Its like you stepped back into 1984.
Old appliances, Old fixtures. Wild animals running around. Look Elsewhere

Worst Place to live

This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed at. Our a/c went out like 5 times before they completely fixed it and after we kept telling them that something was wrong they finally listened and ordered the correct part after being without a/c for almost a week we had had it and when it was time to renew we left and it was the best decision ever. And the office is a whole story itself the woman are rude and they never answer the phone and you would think that they’re busy but they’re not... at all. Please if you can look for somewhere else to stay the price maybe nice but trust me your sanity for living there will not. If I could 0 stars I would.

Horrible

The staff is some of the worst people they could possibly find. After getting locked out of my apartment I called the office for some assistance. After a half hour of waiting I walked to the office and once I got there they had close 10 minutes early. The two women in the office refused to open the door and help me even though I spoke to them on the phone a half hour before letting them know what was going on. I’ve never seen such spitefulness or unprofessionalism from a community. If you’re... looking to move in here I implore you to not for the people who are supposed to be assisting you would rather not and keep you locked out of both your house and the resident office
