Everything that is marketed in the sales brochures is opposite of reality. I would not rent here until management is changed and all safety and security issues addressed.

I’ve been really enjoying living here. The layout of the apartment is well thought out and comfortable. There are no unpleasant smells or pests, which is a huge plus. I love the large windows in the living room and the beautiful views they offer. The kitchen island is perfect for cooking, and the countertop feels solid and high-quality. The smart ventilation system works great, and I really appreciate that there’s no carpet — it makes everything feel cleaner and more modern. Overall, it’s a... great place to live.

I have been extremely pleased with my experience at Boca City Walk. Great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, beach.
Love my apartment and views. Staff is extremely friendly and responsive! Tenants are super friendly as well. Beautiful pool and great gym!
