Fantastic experience renting here
Let me start by saying Vicky is the absolute best property manager and Umberto is a wonderful maintenance guy! I have never had a call that wasn’t immediately resolved or any issue that wasn’t tended to quickly. My ac went out and they brought portable ones to make sure I was comfortable through the repair process. The apartments are well maintained and the grounds are as well. Pest control regularly, which is helpful w these florida bugs. Super responsive management team which truly makes... everything easy and pleasant. The amenities are lovely and most neighbors are respectful and considerate. Definitely recommend this place as someone who never lived in an apt and hasn’t ever lived below or next to someone sharing a wall. 10/10. Can’t say enough great things about Boca Winds.

Excellent
We lived here for two years and had an amazing experience. The administration, especially Vicky and Umberto, were such nice people inclined to help us whenever we asked. Good area and the apartment was clean and in good condition. Highly recommend, I would live there again.

Wonderful Place to Live!!
I moved to Boca Winds about a month ago, and I’m so glad I did! The apartments are nice and the appliances are all new. The property manager is extremely responsive, helpful, and kind, so the move-in process was a breeze. It’s a very quiet community, which I appreciate. The location is wonderful — we are across the street from a supermarket, we’re a short walk/bike ride away from the beach, and we are a short drive from anywhere in Delray or in Boca. I highly recommend it!
