The View at Water's Edge is an apartment community in Lantana, FL
Back gate was broken, at least half the time. The dumpster was not maintained and they expected you to walk through trash to throw away your own. If you didn’t want to they find you.

Great Apartment
I moved from out of state into an apartment at The View a few weeks ago. I worked with Bryanna who made the application process so much easier considering I was not able to be there myself. She sent over pictures with many options for interiors and followed up after move in to make sure everything went smoothly! The complex feels safe and looks like an oasis!

Resident for over 1 year!
My daughter and I love it here. It’s a good and safe neighborhood. They are always quick if maintenance is needed! All of the amenities make it an even better experience being here. They always have so many activities, events and food trucks coming. Shows how much they care for their residents. If you want a good place to live with a beautiful view and lots of amenities, I highly recommend!

Love this community!!!
I have lived here for 2 years now and never had a problem. It’s safe and gated. Also the leasing office is always doing events for the residents every month, we have food trucks come by, yoga and more.

Stay Away!!
Do not rent with this community. First of all, they put me in an old unit when I had requested an updated unit and it was infested with roaches and termites. A flying termite literally fell down on my pillow in bed and roaches were crawling in my porcelain. When I requested to move to an updated unit like promised, I had to wait for 1.5 months. At my “new” unit (all buildings are really old and in need of serious repairs) it was raining into my living room floor and it had mold (the leasing... office denied this though but I could smell it and experienced mold sensitivity symptoms. I meet the dry wall was all wet!!!) They never repaired it as needed, just tried to patch up little areas to cover the issue. The rents are outrageous for these old units that aren’t taken care of, and some of the ladies at the office give you an attitude when you say something. The only positive I can say about this place is that the maintenance workers are really nice and that the surroundings are pretty. I recommend you to stay away or you’ll soon be miserable.
