Gables Town Place

I would honestly give this apartment complex zero stars if I could. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this apartment complex has been beyond frustrating and disappointing. The complete lack of communication and efficiency from management is unacceptable. Getting a response from the front office is nearly impossible and calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and when you do manage to speak to someone, you’re met with indifference or empty promises that never lead to action.

To make... matters worse, the building has a serious rat and roach problem that has been ongoing for weeks. Despite multiple reports and requests for pest control which is payed monthly for, nothing has been done to properly address it other than temporary solutions such as a few glue traps around your apartment. It’s disgusting and completely unacceptable for the rent prices they charge.

Maintenance is no better they take forever to respond to requests, and when they finally do, the work is rushed and half-done or go completely undone and they lie about completing them. It feels like nobody here takes pride in keeping the property clean or safe for residents.

Overall, this place is a nightmare to deal with. Between the pest infestations, unresponsive management, and unhelpful staff, I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone especially since they claim to be a "luxury" complex. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere there are far better options that actually care about their residents. Read More

Everything is good , clean and well maintained. Only the driveway needs to be fixed , there are too many pot holes and bumps which will eventually ruin your tires . Especially at night it’s dangerous and the driveway needs to be repaired as soon as possible

I have been here for two years and I love the location. Love my view of the lake. Great neighborhood . The staff in the office are always helpful and maintenance are always on point

I have been a resident for 8 months now and honestly can say I love coming home! From driving into the complex with the palm tree views is such an uplifting vibe! The staff is so polite and helpful. The amenities are a plus and make work/life balance achievable!
