Entry and exit are a constant issue. The gate is frequently broken or left wide open, allowing any vehicle to enter without restriction, which raises safety concerns.

Cell phone service is also a major problem inside the building. You’re forced to rely on Wi-Fi, which is inconvenient and not always reliable.

There is no designated area for dogs, and unfortunately, the buildings often smell like urine, with pet waste left on sidewalks.

That said, I do enjoy the amenities and the apartment… layouts. The office team is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Like any property, it’s not perfect and comes with its challenges. I just wish more attention was given to resolving the phone service issues, maintaining the gate properly, and improving cleanliness related to pets.
