Everyone has been so welcoming prior and to my move in date! Couldn’t have had a smoother move in day. The “swag bag” they give you is adorable and they even include pickleball paddles! The grounds are well maintained. So excited for my many months here.

The staff is very friendly’& professional. I do wish there was a more private area when discussing your rental questions and finances instead of just at the front entryway. But other than that - so far only here a week and the maintenance has been prompt and efficient too. Thank you! Katelyn, Ines and Lucas had been wonderful !

I love it here, I love the area that I live in everything is close by . Even walking distance . So much to do here at the apartment so I don’t have to go out . I love that there is a little market downstairs in north towers so I don’t have to go out shopping . I love that the market is here so for bad weather I can get the basics

Living at Tortoise One has been a great experience! The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything I need to feel at home. The amenities—especially the pool, gym, and co-working spaces—make it easy to balance work, wellness, and relaxation all in one place. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the community has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. It’s also conveniently located, making it easy to get around.
