The spacious, open-concept family room features a large sectional sofa, a coffee table, and two swivel accent chairs, enhanced by tall ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Guests can access the lanai from the kitchen, family room, or main bedroom. A full-sized laundry room is located just off the garage. Inside the garage, guests will find two cruiser bikes, one three-wheeled bike, and four beach chairs available for their use. The garage is available for guest use as well for parking their car during their stay.

The Fort Myers International Airport is less then a 20 minute drive from the community! Please note: the Bonita Bay beach park is currently being remodeled and will not be available for the 2025 season. For the 2025 season, the Bonita Bay beach shuttle which has a stop just outside of Burning Tree, makes stops at Doc's Beach House on Bonita Beach and Lover's Key State Park beach.
