Versol

Moved here in 2022 - was like a deluxe resort. Management and staff were A+. Then Hurricane Ian and ownership changes - downhill. Got so bad, considered moving. However new owners and management - Antoinette and Luis property managers - whole new ball game. They are professional, responsive and caring. The new staff is prompt and effective. Nothing happens overnight, but so far the changes and improvements have been steady and significant and they are continuing. Going above and beyond,... they have also focused on creating a community environment by sponsoring regular events in the Clubhouse which is a terrific bonus. The gym has great equipment and is kept clean and sanitized, and the pool is beautiful, though it could still use new chairs to be honest. Now we can whole-heartedly recommend Versol as A+. Unfortunately, despite calling the leasing office multiple times yesterday, no one answered. As a real estate agent, I was very disappointed by their subsequent behavior. I called several times to lock in the price, but they increased it by over $100 within a day, claiming to operate like an airline. My family flew from Boston to Naples, only to encounter what might be the most amateur team I've ever seen. The property owner should seriously reconsider their choice of management. These people... shouldn't be trusted with million-dollars properties—they can't even manage a lemonade stand. Read More

The management team at versol made sure the move in process and post communication/organization was as painful as possible. Would recommend avoiding.
