Great Place!

One of the many benefits of living here is it's convenience to several local businesses, restaurants and yes, A Publix right next door and you wouldn't even know it. The new management is exemplary..I've been here through 4 managements and was ready to move, So happy I reconsidered...Thank You Ashley!

There had been security issues in the past, but with the new owner and new management, they have addressed all of those issues, every small detail has been addressed .

AMAZING PROPERTY

Since the new management company took over there have been incredible improvements the side gates work, they put in a new garage gate, the property looks and feels cleaner and safer, you can truly tell that the people they have in the office now care about this community and the residents and making this place better, there is still some room from improvement but I know with the people they have there now they will get it done, so happy to be here at west end I look forward to staying here and… can’t wait to see what comes next!

Under New Management

This place has greatly improved! I’ve noticed halls being cleans and painted, the garage gate has been fixed, maintenance responses are so much faster and the staff is very friendly and approachable. The parking has improved and they have removed broken down vehicles. The changes are very noticeable. I love my apartment- my view to the river is outstanding and probably my favorite part of living here. I’m happy that I renewed my lease because without these changes- I definitely would have left… otherwise. Great job!
