There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The washer and dryer are shared with the unit above and are not inside the unit. Sand may be tracked into the unit from the outside. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in front or on the side of the building. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
