Regarding the... garage gate, we want to clarify that it was not broken for over a year. It was repaired within a month last year, and the current issue is due to a delay in materials from the vendor assigned to fix it. We are actively working with them to expedite the repairs. We communicate regularly via email updates to all residents and strive to keep everyone informed of property matters. The decision to implement assigned parking was made to improve security and help us monitor unregistered vehicles, not as a substitute for any maintenance issues. Despite the challenges that can arise in any large community, we are proud to say that resident retention remains strong, which reflects our ongoing commitment to providing a well-managed and responsive living environment.
