Not Worth the Premium - Major Safety and Management Issues I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone looking for a safe or professionally managed community. What looks great on the surface quickly unravels once you move in. The garage gate was broken for over a year and only temporarily fixed after multiple complaints-only to collapse on two cars while people were inside.
Management blamed the residents and put up a sign saying they're not liable for damage. The gate is now broken… again, and instead of fixing it, the "solution" was to switch to assigned parking. There's currently only one lane to enter and exit the garage. This is a huge safety concern. Basic maintenance is ignored. Communication is minimal. And despite all of this, rents keep rising. Pool closes at dusk -why ? I can’t go for a quiet swim on Saturday eve? Or after work ?

Game room rented for parties , no tenants allowed why
Parking : new rules , assigned parking why ????
Carts , on lockdown whyyyy

I have been living at Avion since it opened up in May 2023, I’m renewing for the third term and I couldn’t be happier to call this my home. I have two toddlers, and there’s a lot of nice residents that have become like family to my husband and myself. This feel like a real community, and the management is great, they always plan an event for the residents, they’re very cordial, welcoming and respectful. I’m happy to call Avion my home. Avion Riverwalk is one of the best communities to live in. As a 35 year old female, I’ve been so happy to call this place my home for the last few years. I have about 30 friends here and most of us have all become more like family than neighbors. It’s an awesome place to be especially for entrepreneurs that want to be around people who inspire them to be greater and reach higher. More times than not, the staff responds very quickly when residents need something from them. The environment is very… cleanly at all times. Residents often walk to the beach for sunrise ( 10minute walk) there’s several restaurants right in the plaza that are really good too! The staff sets up fun community events for the residents as well like wellness weeks, breath work classes, weekly yoga classes, ways to promote your business to your neighbors, holiday celebrations and more. 90% of the building is prettty grateful for the environment that we live in, the people who reside here and the staff that keeps it all together, many of us are on our 2nd lease or have been here even longer.
