    Terrible customer service

    Theresa was supposed to call me to confirm my showing. I called her several times , left a vm and she never called me back. I called her one more time 30 minutes before my showing and she had an attitude. She sounded like she didn’t want to waste her time with me. I have a good income, no criminal history and good credit but I can not rent anything there bc I used to live in my boyfriends apartment so I did not pay rent. Very bad experience. Thank God I noticed before I move there otherwise I… will have to deal with this rough lady all the time. I won’t recommend this place at all.

    One of our requirements is that you must have good rental history in the past 12 months where you had a Lease in place in your name.
    I hope you find what you are looking    … for. Maybe give us a second chance once you have established that requirement.
