Do yourself a big favor and stay clear of the condo's. The noise level in these tiny condos are ridiculous. There is no peace and quiet at all. The walls are so thin, the flooring is poorly insulated or they cut corners, you can hear everything from washers on spin cycles, showers running, people moving in tubs, toilets flushing and yes, even people urinating!!! If you have an inconsiderate neighbor on the 3rd floor above you as I did, who isn't just making the normal "living sounds" but is... inconsiderate and subjects you to screaming, stomping, heavy walking, kids banging, running and jumping on their uncarpeted floor all day and night, NO ONE will do a thing! Neither management nor the HOA care. They will ONLY deal with the owner anyway, the tenant has no voice. Overpriced, noisy nightmare to live at! Don't look at the reviews from 2 plus years ago.
