Nice place

I’ve been living at Santorini at Renaissance Commons Apartments for quite some time now and I couldn’t be happier. The management team does an outstanding job. They’re professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. The property is always well maintained and any concerns are handled quickly. Thank you for making this such a wonderful place to call home. Highly recommend.

So disappointed

They vacuum the hallway rugs like maybe twice a year and it’s soooo gross. If you complain you get a cheerful response of “sorry, no”

SO SAD TO LEAVE!!!!

The staff, alone, has made our transition the hardest; they have always been so inviting, kind, professional, and accommodating...truly a plus plus service. If we hadn't intended on buying a house, this would have the perfect home. It's truly tropical! Also, any questions, and the rare servicing request was answered quickly! I am truly impressed! I love it here!!!!

Fantastic place to live!

This complex is an excellent place to live with great staff and a great location. It is close to everything. I felt comfortable from day one, when touring the property. I always say that you see peoples true color in time. Once moving in, the already friendly staff has been even friendlier and as accommodating as can me. Idela, Jackie, Stephanie and Yvette are always smiling and there to help anyone in need with questions or concerns. They are very approachable and keep everything running… smooth. Brian, Chris, Justin and Leyton are also very important members of the operation. Any maintenance type issue or anything of that nature, is always handled in a timely fashion and done properly. They are great guys and very respectful. All in all, It is a five star experience here.

Look Elsewhere If You Want a Great Deal

I've been at Santini located at Renaissance Commons in Boynton Beach for only a short time, but several things are already abundantly clear. The property has an elegant outside appearance but this expertly disguises what you'll find underneath the surface. Maintenance issues are not dealt with in a timely fashion, the upkeep of the property is only marginally good, the walls/roof are paper thin (you can hear your neighbors playing their TV or neighbors playing loud music), the managing company… decided to go cheap with things like the shower head and lighting on the inside, and the overall monthly rent is severely overpriced. I'd recommend looking long and hard before choosing Santini if you're used to getting a good deal.
