STAY AWAY!!!!!

Stay away!!! If I could give 0 I would! Nothing works in the complex! Nothing!!!! Elevators are always out of service 24/7, sometimes all at once and maintenance is terrible. Sometimes no water for dayssssss! DAYSSSS ! this has happened several times!!!! How is this legal?! I’m not sure it even is! Garage gates are always broken also. My designated parking spot that I pay for is taken by visitors and management does nothing about it!
Management is NOT urgent when it comes to fixing problems!... They could care less! Management is terrible and also packages go missing almost always. It is so bad I had to start sending my packages at my job! What’s the point of a “luxury” gated community when it’s like this?! lol what a joke! Does any of this sound like “LUXURY” to you? Feels more like I’m living in a 3rd world country at this point.
