So happy with my move in with Jamica and Katelyn. They made everything smooth & I love my updated apartment.

If you love roaches, termites, gunshots, active police scenes every other night, people screaming at 2am on weeknights, then this is the place for you! All for the high, high price of way more than it's worth. This building must've been built in the 80's or early 90's. They bring in new appliances and lay down fresh carpet to call it "luxury" but look beyond the shine and you will find rats in the ceiling, holes not being patched for months, and a contracted pest control guy who says the piles... of termite wings during summer months "must have blown in through the windows" even though the windows have screens. One time there was a water leak in the roof causing a big orange stain on the ceiling and they just spray-painted over it. Didn't ask me to cover my stuff directly underneath or anything. The drawers have beautiful new knobs on them but they're original 3-decade-old drawers which means that they don't close or they slide open randomly. The oven makes a sparking noise when turned on which is horrifying to say the least. You're forced to pay for trash valet which is only picked up sometimes. Try to get home from work before 3pm if you want a parking spot anywhere near your building. A woman was shot in her apartment the first month I moved here. Every month there's some sort of terrifying police activity. Even had a high-speed chase through the narrow parking lot, so make sure the insurance on your car is top notch. The great thing is that they raise your already-high rent every single year. I could go on for hours. Anywhere else is better. And before management replies, YES things are reported to the office as needed but NO not everything is taken care of. I wish I could give this place a zero. I am truly truly upset with this place. The lying and deceitfulness from this place has broken my family. I wish I would’ve listened to the 1 star reviews before I moved in. This place is not as nice as it seems and you will be sucked in a lot of crap if you come here. *** Apartment complex will sue you for anything even if it’s not your fault but their workers fault*****

So I've been here a little over a year. I have had ceiling leaks multiple times. My toilet has had leaks from the bottom where it connects to the floor multiples times. My washer has stained multiple different outfits of mine despite changing detergents 5 times (the office said it must be my detergent.) My dishwasher brackets that hold the dish washer in place just broke. And they decided to put people with children in the apartment on the second floor above us which should be common sense to... put children on the a first floor so that when they run around it doesn't bother the residents. On top of that they have raised rent $100. I have had no attempt for them to reimburse me for my clothes. I was told my new ceiling leak would be fixed today and it was not. Save yourself a huge headache and dont move here. Plus the maintenance guy leaves a mess when he comes in and doesn't fix things half the time. Read More

Been living here for a while, insects (spiders and mosquitoes) out the but, hate opening my door to leave because the apartment m. This place is not worth the rent.The pest exterminator has stated they spray outside, but have watched upon there arrival what they do and thats a lie.
