Springs at Palma Sola Apartments

We have stayed in these apartments and have finally decided to move out due to so many issues. The rent continuously raises even if you are a long time resident. The staff is not very accommodating and some are very rude. There is a big roach problem that cannot be fixed despite how many times you spray. You are better off getting your own pest control. If you do not to leave they do not work with you or compromise. It is basically there way or the highway. The maintenance crew is very nice and... good, they are the one thing that I liked about the property.

There are a lot of transient renters, if you have a bottom floor apartment you will have a lot of noise from upstairs footfalls. They are dog friendly but I would not pay the DNA thing they made me do because they obviously do not enforce it.

For what you pay for rent there, you would think that you would be treated better. My advice is to be wary of this particular apartment complex and if you find a better place take it, This comes from a 2 year resident who finally had to leave because of to many issues. Read More

Pretty great apartment- don't have many complaints. Pick me!

Springs of Palma Sola Apartment, paradise in the middle of town. Perfect location in the middle of everything not only are you near plenty of stores or restaurants. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is at most 10 minutes away. So apartment location is perfect. On top of that the property itself is really like paradise landscape is very well maintained. We have a 3 bedroom apartment nestled in the back corner of the property its just perfect, nice little pond were we can see wildlife such as river... otters, turtles and the occasional rabbit. Apartment is self is a pretty good size, plenty of space. Oh if you need storage they have you covered with the ability to rent a very large garage at a low rate. Sometimes you wonder if anyone else lives there it is so peaceful and quiet. As you know the biggest nightmare in living in apartment is the maintenance team, not here. The maintenance and office team is amazing. Anything that needs to be fixed you can call or email office, maintenance responses back with in at least 30 minutes. If I met a family or even a single person looking for a place I would definitely recommend Springs at Palma Sola Bay. My perfect little paradise. Read More

It was good at first, but now 3 years later not so much. The apartment complex was well maintained & over the year has slowly gone downhill. The rent keeps increasing yet nothing changes on the inside & what they do consider an upgrade is nothing that one would consider an upgrade.. Rather something that needs to be fixed to begin with. An upgrade would be new appliances, new counter tops, floors, etc. Not just new blinds and a couple light fixtures changed, esp for the price that these... apartments are going for. We really liked living here in the beginning, esp since we have an apt that has a garage attached. Overall I give this complex a 3 because it's still decent but the price itself is unreasonable for what you receive and the office staff leaves little to be happy about. There are a few good people in the office (office/maint staff) that you know will help, but god forbid if one of them isn't around otherwise you will never get an answer or help.
